With over 20 years of experience in property and construction, David is a highly skilled Senior Development Manager. His expertise spans project and development management in diverse sectors like commercial, education, retail, health, residential, industrial, and hospitality/leisure commercial, education, retail, health, residential, industrial, and hospitality/leisure sectors. David effectively oversees the conversion and delivery of development projects, ensuring performance metrics and high-quality outcomes. Before joining Quintessential, he served as a Senior Project Manager at Gallagher Jeffs, where he successfully delivered major projects. He later joined Brookfield Properties as a Development Manager, leading the delivery of the 405 Bourke Street development project 405 Bourke Street development project delivery.

Noah’s passion for management of people and assets began more than 12 years ago, at Quintessential. Having progressed through the business and observed the growth of Quintessential, Noah has cultivated strong relationships with key stakeholders and the teams he works closely with. As Head of Existing Assets, Noah successfully oversees the transactions team to source appropriate opportunities to acquire property that meets the Quintessential mandate, including value add and core plus opportunities for office and industrial property. Engaging with the market and working with key stakeholders, Noah is skilled at procuring outstanding opportunities to feed to the asset management team.

Managing assets for Quintessential in various capacities for over a decade has given Noah a deep understanding of client needs, as well as the sourcing and regeneration of assets. Noah’s hands-on approach to leadership empowers the teams under his guidance to go above and beyond to provide an experience like no other for tenants. Noah oversees the asset management team to deliver on tenant engagement strategy, leasing and marketing strategy, CAPEX programs, and seamless management of buildings, while providing exceptional risk-mitigated returns. Noah prides himself on working closely with agents, tenants, and consultants to ensure all assets are managed in line with Quintessential’s ‘love the tenant’ philosophy. Under his leadership, Quintessential’s tenant retention rate remains exceptionally high.

Noah’s expertise in asset management allows him to manage tenant relationships and asset performance with a high level of service throughout the life cycle of a property. His close attention to detail and diligent approach has seen him develop and maintain meaningful relationships and allowed him to procure opportunities for acquisition that others might overlook. Quintessential and their clients continue to benefit from Noah’s passion for the mechanical and aesthetic regeneration of buildings, ensuring tenant satisfaction is a priority. Robert Buchanan is a motivated and accomplished project leader, with over ten years of experience in all stages of property development from inception to execution, across global markets and various sectors. Robert has the ability to deliver complex projects, optimise outcomes and add value. Having previously led integrated teams through some of the largest urban regeneration developments in Australia and abroad, Robert learnt the importance of teams working collaboratively to deliver risk mitigated outcomes. Previous experience includes development roles with Lendlease in both London and Australia and construction management roles with Probuild Constructions. Robert completed a Bachelor of Property and Construction (Melbourne University) and a Master of Business (Bond University).

Joining Quintessential in 2021, Robert McEniery brings his background and skills in both Architecture and Project Management to support the Development Team. Experienced in medium scale multi-residential, large scale commercial, Health and Hotels sectors, Robert specialises in built form design, construction and delivery.

Having studied a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture at the University of Queensland, Robert has worked for Architects, Builders and Project Management companies, reinforcing his vast experience across the development process including design, construction, and project delivery.

Justin is an accomplished construction manager with over 20 years’ experience in successfully delivering buildings and civil engineering works Australia-wide for commercial builders and property developers. Justin superintended over $500 million of commercial office buildings, tenant fit-outs and retail precincts in the Collins Square complex in Melbourne. Justin works with tenants, design consultants, builders and the wider construction industry, aligning their respective visions to become reality.

Kane working as the Engineering and Services Manager brings experience to our team working for both property developers and engineering consultancies. He is focused on practical, innovative project solution delivery and works on project phases ranging from concept bids, detailed design, construction, commissioning and operations. Kane works with our clients and project teams to help manage the building design with focus on the building services, building technology and sustainability so that the projects are successful in meeting the client and project goals. Prior to working with Quintessential, Kane spent 10 years working as Building Services Manager at Walker Corporation managing the building services design and delivery of over 500,000sqm of office space in their national portfolio including landmark projects such as Collins Square and Parramatta Square.

Rob was employed at Woods Bagot for 11 years before joining Quintessential in 2022. As a project leader, he has worked on a wide range of projects across education, office, civic & events in Australia and New Zealand, covering all stages of projects from feasibility to completion onsite. Rob thrives on collaboration with tenants, consultants and the wider project design teams. He always seeks to add value and build committed teams to achieve the best possible outcome for each project.  

Sam joined the Quintessential team as Development Coordinator in 2021, overseeing and assisting in the development process. His past professional experience has been in business development and managerial positions, cultivating a team-driven ethos. Sam committed to 5 years of extensive studies in finance and property-related subjects including a Masters of Property degree at RMIT and Bachelor of Agriculture (Economics) at The University of Melbourne.
